Hi I'm Theo 👋

I’m a Computer Science student at Arizona State University with a lifelong passion for video games and interactive experiences. Growing up, I was captivated by the worlds and mechanics of games like Skyrim, DOOM Eternal, Elden Ring, and many others. Now, I’m on a journey to create my own — striving to build immersive, playful, and engaging experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Through my CS coursework, I’ve developed a solid foundation in programming principles, while elective classes in game design and related fields have deepened my understanding of what makes gameplay feel cohesive and enjoyable. I'm continuously learning how to bridge technical precision with creative design to build meaningful, player-focused games.

My Work

Iron Duel

Iron Duel is a first-person multiplayer arena shooter that pits knights against cowboys in a chaotic, PS1-inspired world. It is a collaborative project between my friend John Bostater and me, and has been in development since May 2025. Together, we have worked on all aspects of the game, with my primary focus on scripting, map design, and asset creation. Iron Duel is currently in development.

Mechapocalypse

Mechapocalypse is a third-person action shooter set in a modern world overrun by beasts from Hell. This game was a group final project for my 3D Game Development class taken during my junior year at ASU. My role was predominantly level design/creation, but I also tackled scripting and asset creation during this project. This project provided me with exposure to working on various aspects of game development and my collaboration in a group setting fostered leadership and communication skills, as well as insight into proper game development and design principles.
